Reba Herder founded Everylight in 2007 because she wanted to help people like themselves and each other. She’s an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren, a credentialed teacher, a mother of two, and an author. She’s currently in training to become a certified Enneagram teacher and developing a workbook for conversation training. “My job is to hold onto the vision so that others can creatively build a system of encouragement around our core values: honesty, respect, learning, and mutual encouragement.”
