Visionary Director
Reba Herder founded Everylight in 2007 because she wanted to help people like themselves and each other. She’s an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren, a credentialed teacher, a mother of two, and an author. In 2011 she became a certified Enneagram teacher. She is currently developing a workbook for conversation training. “My job is to hold onto the vision so that others can creatively build a system of encouragement around our core values: honesty, respect, learning, and mutual encouragement.”
